About the Job

As the Sales Manager at AK EV, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and customer engagement to closing deals and driving market expansion. You will manage a dedicated sales team, develop sales strategies, and work closely with management to meet revenue goals. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and dealerships.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on EV trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Oversee the full sales process — from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closure.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and post-sales follow-up to drive repeat business.
