About the Job

Join AK EV as a Receptionist and become the first point of contact for customers, partners, and visitors. In this role, you will represent a fast-growing electric vehicle brand, ensure smooth front-office operations, and deliver a welcoming and professional experience to everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibility

  1. Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
  2. Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and messages efficiently.
  3. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, presentable, and organized.
  4. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating front-desk activities.
  5. Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and documentation.
  6. Support internal teams with communication, coordination, and office-related tasks.
  7. Ensure smooth day-to-day front-office workflow and visitor management.
